Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Camblast (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Camblast website and go-live promo service at camblast.club (the “Service”). Camblast is an adult-oriented tool for Chaturbate performers who choose to promote their rooms on third-party social networks.
1. Who we are
Camblast is operated from the United Kingdom and hosted on infrastructure used for camblast.club. For privacy questions, email showme@camblast.club.
2. What Camblast does
Camblast helps you publish short “I’m live” style posts to social accounts you connect (for example TTWrite, SnipeSocial, Mastodon/Toot, Snipe.pics, Bluesky, Diaspora, and Deso/Focus). We check whether your Chaturbate room appears online and may post on a cadence you choose. Posts can include your wording, hashtags, promo images, and a Chaturbate room link that may contain our affiliate tracking parameters (see the Affiliate Disclosure).
3. Information we collect
3.1 Account and profile
- Email address, display name, and password hash (if you register with email).
- Email confirmation and optional login codes when those features are enabled.
- Chaturbate username / room name you provide.
- Profile mode (SFW / NSFW), autopost settings, blast interval, status templates, and hashtag picks.
- Admin role flags for operator accounts.
3.2 Social login and Connect
- When you sign in or Connect with TTWrite, SnipeSocial, or other networks, we receive identity information those providers return (such as user id, username, display name, and sometimes email).
- We store OAuth / API access tokens (and related metadata such as scopes, expiry, page targets, Bluesky app-password material, or Deso derived-key data) so we can publish as you.
- We may store provider user ids on your Camblast account so the same Camblast profile can be reached from multiple login methods you have linked.
3.3 Content you upload or generate
- Promo images you upload (SFW / NSFW libraries), including filenames and rating labels.
- When needed, Camblast may attach a default stock still from our curated Pixabay-derived library (adult women only) for posts such as Camblast live/weekly promos.
- Cached Chaturbate room thumbnails we may fetch to attach when your library has no suitable image.
- Publish history: network, post body, affiliate URL used, attachment source, success/failure, and response metadata from destination APIs.
3.4 Technical and security data
- Session identifiers and CSRF tokens needed to operate the logged-in site.
- Server logs (when logging is enabled) that may include IP address, user agent, error traces, and request paths.
- Cloudflare Turnstile tokens when bot protection is enabled on email login/signup (verified with Cloudflare).
- Cookie consent preference (
camblast_consent).
3.5 Advertising
If you allow advertising cookies, third-party Acceptable Ads (A-Ads) may load in iframes and collect data under their own policies. Ads stay off until you choose Accept all (see Cookie Policy).
4. How we use information
- Provide accounts, authentication, and dashboard features.
- Detect room online status and run autopost / manual “blast” publishing you request.
- Attach images and build post text (templates, hashtags, room link).
- Send transactional email (confirmation, login codes, admin probes) when configured.
- Secure the Service (CSRF, Turnstile, abuse investigation, diagnostics for admins).
- Operate and improve Camblast, including understanding failures via logs and publish history.
- Show optional advertising that helps keep the Service free.
We do not sell your personal information. We use your social tokens to post to destinations you Connect, including go-live autopost while you appear online, manual blasts you trigger, the ~48‑minute Camblast self-promo while you are online, and the weekly Camblast self-promo described in the Terms (which can run while you are offline).
5. Legal bases (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
Where those laws apply, we typically rely on:
- Contract : creating your account and providing the promo Service you request.
- Legitimate interests : securing the Service, preventing abuse, basic logging, and operating affiliate-funded free access in a way that does not override your rights.
- Consent : optional advertising cookies; certain email preferences where required.
- Legal obligation : when we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share data with processors and platforms only as needed to run Camblast:
- Hosting / email / database providers that power camblast.club (including SMTP for transactional mail).
- Social networks you Connect : post content, media, and tokens are sent to those APIs under their terms (TTWrite, SnipeSocial, toot.snipesearch.co.uk, snipe.pics, Bluesky/AT Proto, diaspora.snipesearch.net, Deso/Focus/Identity, etc.).
- Chaturbate : room status checks and affiliate landing URLs; Chaturbate processes visits under its policies.
- Cloudflare : Turnstile bot checks when enabled.
- Google Fonts : the site stylesheet may load fonts from Google’s CDN (IP may be visible to Google).
- Acceptable Ads (A-Ads) : only if you consent to advertising cookies.
- Authorities : if required by law or to protect users, the Service, or others.
Adult platforms and social networks have their own rules. You are responsible for content you publish and for complying with each destination’s terms and local law.
7. International transfers
Some providers (for example US-based APIs such as Bluesky, Cloudflare, or Deso infrastructure) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where we use such services to provide features you request, transfers are necessary for that Service. Ask us if you need more detail about a specific provider.
8. Retention
- Account data and connections : while your account remains open and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for security or disputes.
- Promo images : until you delete them or the account is removed.
- Publish logs : retained to show history and debug failures; may be pruned periodically.
- Server logs : short-term operational retention unless investigating an issue.
- Email verification / OTP codes : short-lived by design.
To request deletion of your Camblast account and associated stored data, email showme@camblast.club from the address on the account. Disconnecting a network removes stored tokens for that network but does not by itself delete your Camblast user.
9. Security
We use hashed passwords (when set), session cookies, CSRF protection, optional Turnstile, and access controls for admin tools. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Protect your email inbox and any app passwords / OAuth approvals you grant.
10. Children
Camblast is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing, or withdraw consent (for example advertising cookies). Contact showme@camblast.club. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy, except where consent is required for a new optional use.
