Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Camblast at camblast.club (the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting a network, or using Camblast, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure.
1. Adult service : 18+ only
Camblast is intended solely for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). The Service relates to promoting live adult cam performances on Chaturbate and similar contexts. By using Camblast you represent that you meet this age requirement and that any content you publish is lawful for you to create and distribute.
2. What Camblast provides
Camblast is a free (advertising- and affiliate-supported) tool that can:
- Store your Chaturbate room name and check whether the room appears online.
- Let you connect third-party social accounts and publish go-live style posts (manually or on a cadence while you appear live).
- Merge status templates, hashtags, and promo images you supply.
- Append a Chaturbate link that may include our affiliate parameters.
Camblast is provided as is. Features, destinations, and uptime may change. We do not guarantee that any post will be delivered, ranked, monetized, or compliant with a third-party platform’s rules.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials and connected apps secure.
- You may register with email/password or supported social login (for example TTWrite or SnipeSocial).
- Connecting additional networks links those identities to the same Camblast account when our systems can match them; do not connect accounts you do not control.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including autopost while your room is detected online.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, break these Terms, or create legal or operational risk.
4. Your content and conduct
You retain rights in content you upload or write (statuses, hashtags, images). You grant Camblast a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit, and publish that content solely to operate the Service you request (including sending it to networks you Connect and caching room thumbnails when used as attachments).
You agree that you will not use Camblast to:
- Post unlawful, non-consensual, or underage content, or content that exploits minors in any way.
- Violate Chaturbate, TTWrite, SnipeSocial, Mastodon/Pixelfed instance, Bluesky, Diaspora, Deso/Focus, or any other destination’s terms, community guidelines, or copyright rules.
- Spam, harass, phish, malware-distribute, or attempt to disrupt Camblast or third-party systems.
- Misrepresent who is performing or where a link leads in a deceptive way.
- Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service beyond normal use.
NSFW mode and adult captions are your choice and your compliance burden. Some destinations (for example Toot, Snipe.pics, Diaspora) only receive SFW image attachments by design. That does not waive your duty to follow each platform’s rules for text and links.
5. Third-party services
OAuth, API tokens, Identity approvals, and app passwords are relationships between you and those providers. Camblast is not affiliated with Chaturbate, Meta, Bluesky, Cloudflare, or the listed social networks except as a customer/user of their public APIs or affiliate programs. Outages, token expiry, rate limits, content takedowns, or account bans on those platforms are outside our control.
6. Affiliate links and advertising
Camblast may include Chaturbate affiliate parameters in room links and may show Acceptable Ads when you consent. This is how we fund free access. Details are in the Affiliate Disclosure. You acknowledge that commissions are not guaranteed and that affiliate tracking does not entitle you to a share of Camblast’s affiliate income unless we separately agree in writing.
7. Autopost, blasts, and Camblast promos
If autopost is enabled, Camblast may publish while your room appears online according to your interval and connected destinations. Manual “Post EVERYWHERE” and per-network publish actions run when you trigger them. You are responsible for turning autopost off, disconnecting networks, or adjusting cadence if you do not want further live-room posts.
In addition, as part of the free Service, Camblast may send promotional posts from your connected accounts that advertise Camblast itself (copy + link to camblast.club). Those Camblast promos are kept separate from your go-live status posts: they do not use your uploaded promo images and do not include your Chaturbate / affiliate room link.
- Live Camblast promo : about every 48 minutes while your room is online (first of a session after ~48 minutes live, then every 48 minutes).
- End-of-show Camblast promo : when your room goes offline after a real set (about 10+ minutes), a short “my show was promoted by Camblast” style post may go out.
- Weekly Camblast promo : about every 7 days from signup (with staggered send times), and may run even when you are offline.
- Camblast promos attach a stock still from Camblast’s curated Pixabay library (adult women only; no child imagery), not your personal library.
- These require that you have accepted these Terms and have at least one connected destination.
By agreeing to these Terms you consent to those Camblast promo posts. Disconnecting all networks stops outbound posting (including live and weekly promos). Contact us if you need an account closed.
8. No professional advice
Nothing on Camblast is legal, tax, or compliance advice for performers or studios. Platform rules and local laws differ; get your own advice when needed.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camblast disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate online detection, or successful delivery/attachment of every post or image.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camblast and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service or from third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to £50 (fifty pounds sterling) or the amount you paid us for Camblast in the prior 12 months (currently £0 for the free Service), whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Camblast and its operators harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your Connected accounts, your Chaturbate promotion, or your breach of these Terms or of third-party rules.
12. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue features, or update these Terms, with notice via the site or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance except where mandatory law says otherwise. You may stop using Camblast at any time; contact showme@camblast.club to request account deletion.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in another jurisdiction you may have mandatory rights that require otherwise.
